Owner / Trainer Ari Zorn realizes just how important it is to not be a nameless face in a stuffy health club or gym. “I work with you as an individual, with your particular strengths and limitations, to help you become fitter, stronger, healthier – to be the very best you can be.”
Ari strongly believes that for you to make fitness a top priority in your life, you need someone who will motivate and inspire you. He understands that fitness requires discipline and, for some, a change in lifestyle. Ari’s experience as a trainer has shown him that health clubs and all the accoutrements that come with them often become a crutch. Despite fancy equipment and hefty price tags, dependence on those facilities rarely succeeds in lifelong fitness.
